Zach Nodland

Zach is the Senior Accountant for Coldwell Banker Commercial SC, Asset Management Division.

As an experienced accountant, Zach manages the day-to-day and long-term financials of commercial properties. He is the main contact for all client accounting transactions, including owner, tenant and vendor communications. Zach is responsible for financial analysis and reporting, tax planning, cash flow management, budgeting and maintaining the company’s accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

Prior to joining CBC-SC, Zach worked as an Accountant and Senior Accountant, managing multiple HOA financials. Zach holds a B.A. in Business Administration- Finance from Cal State San Marcos.
