Brandon Sudweeks leads the Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC SC) team of more than 30 commercial real estate professionals in four offices, with locations in San Diego, Temecula, Redlands and Ontario, CA. The CBC SC team offers full-service commercial real estate services including brokerage, property management and investment services. Brandon is committed to providing first class commercial real estate services, while maintaining a small business culture. Brandon is a highly qualified investment and land development specialist. He has completed real estate transactions valued in excess of 1 billion. Brandon has been recognized for his achievements in commercial real estate by several national real estate trade magazines including Real Estate Forum Magazine, Costar and Globe Street.

He is highly sought out as a key-note-speaker and moderator in many commercial real estate events and conferences. Prior to CBC-SC, Brandon spent several years in commercial real estate development as the sales and acquisitions manager for Sudweeks Development. He helped successfully complete several commercial real estate office and medical developments and sold thousands of residential lots in award winning subdivisions. His extensive background in real estate development provides his clients with a unique approach to brokerage services.
